שלב הבתים של ליגת האלופות איתנו, והערב (חמישי) נערכה ההגרלה החגיגית, לאחריה קיבלנו את התמונה המלאה. נדמה שאוהדי הכדורגל לא היו יכולים לחלום על מפגשי ענק גדולים יותר ממה שנקבעו בהגרלה. בתפריט: פ.ס.ז' ומנצ'סטר סיטי הוגרלו יחדיו, מה שעשוי להיות מפגש בין מסי לרונאלדו, כשבמקביל גם באיירן מינכן וברצלונה. צמד מפגשי ענק נוסף יזמן לנו מפגשים בין צ'לסי ויובנטוס, וגם בין ליברפול לאתלטיקו מדריד. גם לנציג הישראלי, מנור סולומן צפוי שלב בתים מרתק במיוחד לאחר שהוגרל עם שחטאר דונייצק לצד ריאל מדריד ואינטר בבית 4.
