שופטי ה-NBA נמצאים על המוקד לא מעט בשנים האחרונות, והלילה (בין רביעי לחמישי) היה מקרה שעורר הרבה זעם. יאניס אנטטוקומפו נעץ מבט מקרוב בשחקן יריב עליו ביצע דאנק פוסטר, וחטף על כך עבירה טכנית שנייה - ובכך הורחק מהמשחק.
מילווקי אמנם ניצחה את דטרויט, אבל גורמים רבים שמסקרים את ה-NBA מאוד לא אהבו את ההחלטה הזאת: "עוד דוגמא לכך שהשופטים מנסים להפוך את עצמם לכוכבים. לברון הורחק פעם אחת בקריירה שלו, כמה פעמים הוא ביצע מהלכים כאלה? חבל שמענישים סופר סטאר שמפגין כאלה רגשות שהופכות אותו לכל כך אהוב על ידי האנשים שמשלמים כרטיס לראות אותו".

But what bothers me the most is how all of the refs ignore Giannis when he tries to ask what he did wrong.
The refs actions in that minute show how much they wanted to feel the power they had in the situation.
