קונאמי משחררת את חבילת ה-Data Pack השלישית לעדכון העונה של פרו אבולושן 21, ומעבר למדים חדשים ולכדור חדש, שחקנים מקבוצות כמו ברצלונה, ביירן מינכן ורומא יקבלו עדכונים לסריקות הפנים שלהם על מנת שדמותם תהיה תואמת יותר למציאות.
